Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Customized orders will begin processing immediately after your design or scent selections are confirmed.

Tracking Your Journey: As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your fragrance wardrobe every step of the way.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your package (such as our 24g stick boxes or 90g cone boxes).
4. International Shipping & Customs
We happily ship our sensory experiences worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your sensory experience should be flawless from the moment you open the box. If your packaging or incense arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team at [kruan01@outlook.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
